We were fortunate enough to be referred to PACES by our insurance company for our son’s speech therapy. From the first contact that I had with Terri I knew all of my concerns would be addressed. She took the time to personally understand the difficulties my child was having and she contrived an immediate strategy to accelerate his learning. As well, any obstacles I encountered with insurance or medical formalities, Terri was always there to provide prompt assistance.
As for the staff, during our nine months attending PACES we received individual attention in a highly professional regard from all. Everyone associated with PACES was a pleasure to work with. They even convinced our typically introverted and stubborn three year old that education can be fun and entertaining. Our son is now, thanks to PACES, learning on a higher level and contributing more in social situations.
I would recommend anyone with a learning challenged child to attend PACES and see the positive changes they can make in your life. I am certain you will agree, it is an investment that will pay off for many years to come.

I thank God for Terri and the help she gave my son. At 3 years old, I thought he was behind in his language development but his preschool teachers -- at a pretty expensive private Montessori school -- couldn't commit one way or another. I took my son to Terri and she immediately saw that he was behind in certain areas. He started attending sessions 2-3 times a week and his speech improved within the first couple of months. By the time we relocated to another state seven month's after we started at Terri's my son's speech issues were barely detectable. It was great having a professional validate my concerns and do something about it rather than dismissing it as a high-achieving mom pushing a little boy too harad. He just turned 5 and is a pretty good orator and can mimic Barack Obama pretty well.

My son Nicholas has been attending PACES since May of 2006. His has speech has improved 100%. The staff at PACES is well qualified and all exemplifies a high level of professionalism and patience in working with young children. Funny thing is, a good friend of mine son also attends PACES. She was ranting and raving about this good Speech Therapy facility in our area and when she mentioned the name PACES, I said "WOW" I am going there for an Intake session this week. Mrs. Powell-Brown leads by example. Her professional, dedication, and quality of service is evident in the progress that are children have achieved.
